My eq is uncheck but it won't give full screen mode. I did have full screen but when I locked my computer and I ran out of battery and then after it won't give me full screen anymore

Assuming you have EQW unchecked (under advanced on the patcher), have you tried alt-enter in the regular windowed mode?
