Is the "Frozen Tome: Nullifying the tribalweapons" broke since it cant be opened? Tried anything logical that i could think of. Now i just wonder if i even should do anything.

It never opened since I got it wich is months ago now. And trust me, I tried more with it but have no idea what its good for still.

I tried some crazy shit that somewhere made sence but no luck here too. I have this thing for a while too i was just looking through bank and was like might aswell post about it.
No hint for what you need to do is given anywhere as far as i know

Meyers and I also tried a bunch of things with this tome in zone and out, all to no avail. Either we have all missed the point or its broken.

try going to plane of lore or asking the people involved in the tot quest?

Well the tome dropped WAY before plane of lore existed so i dotn think there is or should be a connection unless they were broke to start with and they now fixed them with some plane of lore quest.

Yes but plans to implement it were already underway at that time, see where I'm going with this? It is a possibility, don't think it should be dismissed out of hand. Also I'm again assuming one talked to the relevant tot weapon quest mobs?
