The Frostwoe drops off Reglek Hammerhand, and is his rare. He is considerably harder than the Frozen the claws drop off of, and the ratio is actually significantly worse. With the same proc, and the claws having better sv's. (better being more, and 3 sv magic included)
I would like to request that Frostwoe be looked at, as it's not really a functional offhand for the difficulty of reglek to kill, and the ratio is sub par. Possible remove the whispers of hate proc and add a frost based dmg, (slight) with a better ratio?
