Any chance you can increase the rate at which the Frost King's Hunting Bow procs Ensnare? In about 500 arrows, it proc'd for me 4 times. Others have complained about the proc rate being way too low as well. Seems kinda pointless to have the Ensnare effect on there if it never procs, especially when you're "trying" to get it to proc for whatever reason.
