Hello,

Just want to ask how to fix the problem of my new Froglok character appearing as a human. I have downloaded the latest patches from EQLive (except Gate of Discord and Omens of War), all patches from your side have been downloaded. Can you help please?
 
If you are sure you downloaded all expansions besides those - then did you download optional zones when patching to Live?
 
What Luclin graphics are enabled in the eqclient itself ?

remember to press ENTER not the Next button.
 
I believed i enabled Luclin Elven females graphics. I did went there to see if i need to enable Froglok, but Froglok is not on the list.
