When I hail Freya, we have a little discussion about how she's too busy to make toys for the children and would like you to make 5 copper daggers for her.
there is no journal entry and she won't take any coppers daggers if you try to hand them to her.
I am indifferent to her and they are player-made Copper Daggers.
I suspect a few possiblities. either a flag isn't triggering correctly(which is what i suspect most likely, because if you hail her again, she starts over from the beginning) or this requires a slightly higher reputation to do, which i would find odd for this type of introductory gopher quest. also possible is she's supposed to give you a container to put the daggers in, since 5 is more than you can give in a single transaction, but this would go with the flag not triggering.
just thought of something else, the character i initiated the conversation with has 0 blacksmith skill, but she does suggest in the conversation that i could have a friend make them for me.
