After having turning in all the single drops and enough of the relics/tomes/tags to get the "thats enough" message, I cannot seem to progress any further in this quest, is it simply not finished or am I missing something?
For reference I have turned in
14 nametags, 11 holy relics, 11 tomes of magic, the gate documents quest, the books from tyranna/arenamaster/enchanter boss, the store documents, the constitution and the thing from the crusader. I recieved tokens for all of that, and the "thats enough" messages for the nametags, relics and tomes, but i cannot continue.
When i hail recovery officer jansen he just offers me the holy relics, tomes of magic and nametags quests
