Freeport GM Paladian

Where is the nearest town that has a GM Paly? I need to trian and there is none in Freeport (it's not fully spawned yet it seems)

Should be a GM paladin since the halfling race.

that's what I thought, but where I started there is no GM and I looked around the nortern part and there is no NPC in sight, I did find a npc's in Southeren but no Paly GM
