Four Elements quests - Lesson of Earth

Currently i am doing this quest and have collected all the required items.


Alligator Scales x 2
Steel of the Earth
Stone of the Earth




The quest giver Disciple Galus wont accept these items.



Is this quest broken or am i doing something wrong?

lladamz, what does Disciple Galus say when you hail him?

just clarifying;

Rari, this questline has a ton of breaks in it and in 50% of cases doesn't work out right. It was implemented before Blackscale was a MQ faction, and the old monk guild was considered Blackscale faction. The quest results no longer raise your blackscale factions and there are bugs because of it. It's not able to be completed as it is.
