Form of the riverkeeper

But im gonna post it anyway so u guys know what i have expirienced, my form of the riverkeeper IS NOT enhanced with the tome yet

- Form of the riverkeeper dosnt proc at all.
- If im buffed with form of the riverkeeper i am not able to proc divine fury, only my weapon will proc.
- Divine fury procs when not buffed with form of the riverkeeper

Ok, form of the riverkeeper now procs(untomed) BUT.. it happens rarely. Parsed for 4.5 hours, it seems bugged.

So if disregarding the misses, on 3.6% of attacks Maul will proc? Hmm...

Non weapon procs work on misses. Unless the OP is saying misses weren't proccing the mauls. Or unless something has changed. Anyways, 3.6% is still too low. I will try to parse tonight and see if I can confirm this.
