All can be obtained rather early into the raid game, or not in it at all possibly for the rig.

It's actually possible to have stacks of over 20 of an item (one really bad "oops" while doing those new jewelcraft necklaces comes to mind), but things start to go bad when you try to move things around in your inventory and the 20-per-stack limit rears it's head.
