Fomelo issue?

I'm finding that the XML spreadsheet link in the fomelo is taking me to a blank page. Has it always been like this or is something wrong on my end?

If i remember right, it was too resource heavy, and scrapped before it was reworked. Not sure if there are any current plans to bring it back.
