Flurry & Foe Lock

Does Flurry work with 2-handed weapons?

And could someone give me the skinny on Foelock? I also hear some right click items can provide foelock as well.

Thanks!

Flurry works with 2h weapons.

Foe lock is instant 1000 hate (?) upon a miss or landed melee blow, ranged hit, and a non-resisted spell cast. (Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.)

If I have thorns on, that doesn't count as Foelock right? I would, at the very least, have to strike each of my targets once to get Foelock.

Trying to devise a tanking strat for pulls with 3+ mobs.

If you could Foe Lock with damage shield, that would be way overpowering.

The best thing to do on multi-pulls with a warrior is to hit every mob as fast as you could, using a combination of the mouse and the F8 key for fast targeting.

I always played Live, and pre-50 levels of SoD, in first person because that was how the game was designed to be played.

However, with multiple mob pulling being the norm here, I've found that a "slightly overhead rear" 3rd person works wonders when combined with mouse targeting for getting foelock on multiple enemies. (f8, of course, for new model fire elementals)

As for the opinion that foelock activation on dmg shield would be overpowering, I disagree. But, that isn't the focus of this post.

I am not 100% sure anymore but I thought bow misses counted towards foelock, Clicky's need to damage the mob to trigger it

Foe lock is engaged with any mele or ranged ATTEMPT (miss or hit, doesn't matter), or any successfully landed damage-dealing spell (resists do not trigger, nor to non-damage spells like tash).

I have found it is alot easier to establish Foe Lock with a bow.
For example on a three pull, I usually tag my first mob with my bow and then as the mobs come to me I <tab> to pick up the second mob hitting it with auto attack, taunt, and kick; then <tab> again to the third mob for auto attack, taunt, and kick; and then returning to my first mob the one I shot with my bow to begin group dps.
This pattern has done well for me and should work for all warriors in similar situations.
