fletching trouble

Hi first of all , srry about my bad english.

Yesterday i have mi fletching skill in 13, and i can make arrows with cheaper materials.Today i improve mi fletching to 21, i try to make arrows with the same materials than yesterday but today i can make arrows , its says :

This item is too difficult to you to increase your skill
You lacked the skills to fashion the items togeter.

And yesterday i can train fletching skill in mi GM, but today i try to train fletching and its says :

You must learn advanced trade skills inthe field.


What im doing bad?

You can only train tradeskill to 21 using your class trainers, the rest must be done in the field.

The wiki has a lot of information relating to trivials and how its best to start with bows then move on to arrows.

Trainer doesnt let you train past something like 13.. Had to make bows to 21,

At 21 do what wiki says till about 60ish. Its pretty easy after 21 just make arrows when you need them and you should be 100+ fletching before level 50.
