fletching and tradeskill exp

I just realized that after the tradeskill-gives-exp patch, when I logged my chanter in, she got a bunch of back-exp from JC, but I don't remember my ranger getting any exp from fletching. Did I just miss it, or are we not supposed to get exp from fletching?

Did you see all the gain experience messages? At higher levels the exp gained from fletching is pretty low so you might not have noticed your exp bar move.

I did not notice the messages (level 21 ranger with skill in the, erm, 40s I think) but I did notice that the bar was farther along than it should have been.

So I know that they are easy to miss.

You don't get the exp until you reach a skill of 30, so if fletching is in the 40's it would have been a very minimal difference and easy to miss.
