Flashy Screen at EULA

Alright, I have followed this guide. However, when I get to the end and hit "Start EQ", it comes up with the EULA. However, I cannot click on anything and it rapidly flashes the back of my desktop. I am forced to log off and back in every time this occurs.

Has this happened to anyone else, and is there a fix for it?

EDIT: Nevermind, I read the FAQ and now it seems to be working... Sorry about that. Missed that answer while reading it... Question though: Will I have to "Repatch All" EVERY single time I play?

Repatching all is a good habit to get into regardless to be honest. It will prevent a lot of "bugs" and keep you up to date on important things like new spells/content etc.
