Flamelicked Cheastplate

I got the Flamelicked BP from some quest event who dropped it from some named dragon.

Today i hitted ally whit giants turned in all my Dragon loot to faction bind em whit the all mighty King rymaz.

But he wont acsept any upgrade on the BP he just gives it back.

So is it supose to get an upgrade and to faction bind it or not ?


PS for all thoose wondering ppl the bp is on my bard Aanallain =) ds.

I also wondered about this. Although its not dropped in DHK, it is found on a named dragon faction mob in the Sunbane quest war. Seems appropriate to have an upgrade on it as the rest of dragon loot.
