Flame Forged Longsword and Flamestrike Baton (Blast of Flame)

I have been using the Flame Forged Longsword for a few weeks now and I found it peculiar that whenever I happen to glance down at my combat log I almost always seem to see "Your Blast of Flame effect has been resisted". Then I noticed that rarely does this effect ever not get resisted no matter which zone I am using it in.

Checked the spell parser and saw that it carries no resist adjustment. So I am requesting the effect be given one as both weapons are top tier 1h weapons and are resisted way too often.

The same can be said about the proc from the Fist of Solid Ice that drops in Thaz. I don't think I've ever actually even seen it land

the proc only does 5 damage as far as i know.. maybe a better suggestion would be to change it

unless of course it's some other burst of flame...

its some other DD, 110 i think (not burst, BLAST)
