My monk, Jeklavo, has the Newport Sergeant's Insignia (Ring 3), and was going to get the Newport Captains Insignia tonight. The person I was questing with wasn't sure he was flagged, so I let him hail the injured guard, and we went through and he got his new ring. I tried to turn mine in, and it was returned. I went back to Newport and hailed Sergeant Halsey, who sent me to Captain Thalas to get the quest for Ring 3 again. Just wondering whether I can get my flag fixed. Thanks.
