It's not that i don't like getting PP but i also want to be sure that i'm not doing something wrong.
Some of the high end fish that i been starting to get seemed to sell for a bit to high price, i would be greatful if someone could check them and post that that's the prices that been ment to be.

TIA.

So... I'm guessing you're the one to post the Ancient Monster to the Wiki. Willing to share what zone you caught them in? (I'm much more interested in a place for the skill gain at that level than the pp). ;)

It doesn't seem that absurd to me when you get Treasuremaps at 150. Granted they require more work but you still earn some decent money in straight PP from doing one and they sell to players for a decent price. So to me it makes sense that 100 skill points later you might rarely get something that sells for 150pp to a vendor. I assume that it is pretty rare at least.

As far as that Ancient Monster goes, maybe I'm completely off-base here, but:

Given my current situation in fishing, and the prices I've encountered myself, I firmly believe this fish is a "claim" and nothing more. Through 3rd hand information (one of my few best RL friends told me that Wiz himself said), I've heard that the selling price of fish goes up to roughly 70 PP. Also, in having another friend trace the ip shown on the History section of the Fishing Wiki (right after this ancient monster was posted...within a few minutes, tops), he found a match to who posted this "false" information. NOTE: This was the same IP who messed with the information awhile back about the higher SoS fish. What I mean by this, is that they were posted to take you from (? - 190+), and someone changed these to read (? - 110) or something like that. I can't remember exact numbers, may have been 110, maybe 120. Either way it was a HUGE falsification.

Only one person is claiming to have 250 in fishing, so far, and conveniently "can't remember" what types of other fish skilled him/her up. Also they fished the "red zones on the zone connection map". Firmly confident that I knew who skewed the wiki information, in both cases, I was able to confirm it with the help of my friend's tracing. IRC ip matched the Wiki ip. I could call them out here, but won't. But given what's been stated, I'm hoping that person will finally grow up and stop trying to hinder everyone else with such blatently false attempts. Otherwise, if this kind of information-manipulation DOES keep cropping up, I will see what I can do about having measures taken against them.

As for the fish you've encountered Elain, yes they should jump a bit here and there. But watch out. Apparently one of the better selling fish already got nerfed, which does seem a little unnecessary in my opinion. The steps taken to get it should warrant its former 3pp apiece, rather than the new 5gp apiece :(

So, anyone still wish to claim 250 yet without proper proof??

If what Klya is indeed true and verifiable, can that ip be banned from the Wiki? I don't think we should have any tolerance for intentionally posting false information to the community or corrupting correct information.
