First Time Installing

Hey all I have installed this game many times, and I am kind of upset now because I spent hours downloading all the beginning patches, went into game, set all my settings, I exited out to rerun the patcher to get into the game, and it is making me redownload all of what I just downloaded and it's bogus I don't wanna spend another half day downloading this stuff. Can you please help

Well apparently it's not the same files over because it is downloading much faster. sorry for the post guys, peace
