First Pally Quest in Newport

I just started and I talked to the pally GM and he said to go into the sewers and get 4 different undead body parts. What lvl are those sewers? At lvl 2 I was only able to kill the skeletons and they didn't drop anything. Is this a high lvl quest? Can someone help me out.
 
The sewers are low level UNLESS you make the mistake of decending to the lower level where the Sludgebreath Gnolls hang out (level 12-ish or higher). So as long as you don't go down any ramps, you'll be fine.
