Is there a way to get Liodreth faction without killing the Starfall gnolls? I've done the COI quests and everything, but I really like the starfall gnolls. =/

the kargyxx dont actually improve liodreth faction upon killing. It is just the beads from them that you turn in for faction. The gnolls are the only things that improve liodreth faction upon kill. You can kill tarxan near the south badlands zoneline in starfall to improve your faction with both the gnolls of starfall and the kargyxx.

Where do you turn in the beads? I can't find anything on the wiki.

You turn the beads into greold of paw, in sets of 4
