Final Rogue Guild Quest Whaaaa?!

So, I'm already sworn to blackscale before I realize that in order to finish my final rogue quest, I need to obtain the head of one of the blackscale quest people.

Can I kill her without getting a faction hit? Or do I have to leave the quest unfinished? Maybe an alternative???

Help. :(
 
The kill would need to be done by a Silver Crown character to create the least amount of faction change.
 
Doesnt work like that. You have to make the kill with the rogue toon as the head isn't looted but rather placed in the inventory.
