Made a new character to see how the server handled things. It seemed fine when I hailed, and talked to people. Normal as can be. It got strange when I went to fight....
When trying to fight the bugs in the starter zone I couldn't con them. Rather if I conned them it took a minute or two for it to tell me. If I fought it, it would have the mob completely ignore me, and continue pathing. It was a long fight before (mob still at full health because it never moved) said I got EXP. A few minutes later the mob I was still watching path around dies. Ok, delays... So I go to loot. Can't loot unless I target and do /loot. That is fine, just an extra step. Couldn't get out of loot window or take loot.
