Few Enchanter issues

Hello Hello, lately i've noticed a few issues with curses and some illusions that I wanted to address, here they are:

Curses: 9/10ths of the time curses will not take hold. That is the text: blah blah did not take hold. Talking with other enchanters on the raid has confirmed the issue. We also made sure that we were not cursing too soon after each other. (also as a side not, striking and rending curses i understand...what exactly is sapping however? )

Illusion: Scaled Wolf gives spirit wolf illusion, not that of a scaled wolf(iksar beastlord pet) also, illusion skeleton would be nice in the 'newer' skeleton look. illusion drybone could then give the red skeleton look.(they are both generic atm)

Resists: Not all illusions with resists attached give the same resistances, this could be intentional... anyways, an example would be illusion:drybone gives 25 SvF. Illusion spirit wolf gives 10 SvC.

Stacking: Illusion spirit wolf's only bonus is the 10 SvC. It gives no run speed or levitate, however it is restricted to outdoor use only. Could it be made usable inside? Also, Trickster's augmentation does not work in Everchill, bug?

P.S. These arent just for me as I have SS and can just look like whatever I want 99 times out of 100. They are just observations.[/b]

And while I am on it....

ShapeShift: Could this be changed a little so that when you shapeshift, you automatically become a specific #size? That way, you could use this more openly durring raids, and in many instances, regular play time(some forms are much to big to fit thru doors, etc.)

Just for example, old-school dragon form is unshrinkable, even zirvane/penerilia form cant be shrunken to an acceptable form. Anyways, either way, it is my favorite AA ever, but this would make it even better, as people could enjoy my sexy looks durring a raid

The reason you can't shrink the old dragon model is because that's as small as it gets. #size and the shrink spell work on the same principle.

Man...I remember "some" enchanter shape shifting on a raid, into a dragon, while we had three dragon adds ;(

So, we have these three mobs and suddenly this other huge dragon appears right on us :(

<3 u chnaters

I'll look into it, but I don't think there's anything wrong with it.

Generic skeletons rock.

Intentional.

Sounds odd, can't answer you :0

i Agree with the curse Problems i have been only enchanter on a Raid before and Tried to Curse the Mob and it Tells me it didnt take hold
i dont know how it happens or why but it randomly wont work

I assumed the problem was 'bard-based' in nature with curses...however a bit o' testing proved that wasn't the case. I also tested it with Jinx: while jinx was in effect, and directly after it wore off, still have mixed results. Since I havent tested it on general solo mobs, I should look into this. My newest thought would be the 'debuff' slots for raid targets. Are they restriced? DoTs, cripple, tash, malo, bard songs, etc. Could be blocking it maybe???

I agree with Melwin: new skeleton models look more like a hunchback T-800, while the current ones look great (although they're a pain to target, fixing this would be nice ;)).
Don't have any preference between the scaled or the spirit wolf model, but I think that the size is way too big compared to what used to be in EQLive and would be better to get shaman pet size instead of the current one, after all, enchanters can't alter their size (at least I still can't at lvl 60).

Another Issue:

Guarding Rune, maxed out = 9aa, around 1500ish HP??? Anyways, it will not overwrite Rune VI. The problem here lies mostly in raids. The mobs here hit hard. Rune VI depending on the mob of course, will not last long. My thinking is that it should overwrite . That way, I wont die before I actually get to click it lol.

Are you kidding? This is an INSTANT cast rune... in my opinion it is already great in its current form.

So why cant it overwrite runeVI? I mean..its more HP, and on a raid, i need it to go off before I am dead...

Wait for your rune to be low, after a round click it and click guardian rune? but it overwriting shouldn't cause any problem..

In a situation where I have that much time to spare, I just let Rune VI wear off and I take a round of hits or so. However I mean on a raid where I really need to survive. If you add it all up its a little over 2k of rune. Raid trash TEARS thrue that. I mean, even rampage ate me lol. Anyways, the overwrite would be neat...or to make me feel better an extra 500 HP on the last level of the rune :p
