Few bard questions

I realize I probably should have posted my last post in this forum, but I had a few other bard questions so I will ask them here. Can bards not snare and sing two dots while soloing, or does the snare not act like a detrimental song? Also, does our 8th level song (the lull song) have a level maximum on it? I read on the Wiki it was max of level 30, but that seems awfully low. I just got my Starfall lute and it has the clickable version of that song. Seems kind of like a waste if I can only use the clickable effect for a couple of levels.

Snare is and acts as a detrimental song.

I am not sure on the level maximum of the lull, but I honestly never really use it much either. The situations where you REALLY need a lull are post 60 and that is covered by the 61 song.
 
Thanks for the response. I think lull is a wonderful way to single pull in many zones, and I love pulling. That is the only reason I asked. Also, you have to be 30+ to get the item, so I just didn't think it would make sense to have a cap of level 30 on it (I will test this when I get home from work).

Instead of posting another thread, I will ask another question on this one. Where can I find an accurate and complete list of compiled SoD Bard songs? The Wiki one stops at 50.

Yay for more questions! Now I have a rogue/bard question...

Where is a good place to raise my skill in sense traps and disarm/set traps? In the rogue's guild, there were a few traps to disarm, but once I disarmed them (and got XP) they have never respawned for me.

Does anyone have a suggestion on where I can raise these skills (ie, where a trap in a certain zone may be)?
