Fast 1HB for a Rogue?

Checking out the wiki, I came across this little ditty:

However, there is no "source". Someone told me that such an item drops off of the Bixie Queen... although he doesn't remember if that was from Live or SoD. The wiki make mention of the Bixie Queen, either.

So the questions are...

1) Does this item exist in SoD?
2) Does it drop off of the Bixie Queen?
3) If not, what drops it?
4) If this item doesn't exist in SoD, what alternatives are there?*

*1HB, secondary slot, Rogue-usable

The ratio on that thing (.25) isn't too good.

I think you would be better off (higher DPS) with a Mithril 1HB such as Mithril Ner'Va. There are others but that appears to be the lowest delay with a quick search. These can be bought from players pretty readily.

I trained banjimen's 1hb from nothing to max with Trolipops. They are the apex of rogue 1hb weaponry.

Bixies only exist in oggok mines so that is where you would most likely find it, I am pretty sure there is a named bixie or two. I don't know of any other low delay one hand blunts offhand but if your looking to train the skill the delay does not really matter(according to devs)

Oh, well that's good to know. I'll out the mines for fun despite getting myself a different 1HB.

Bixie Queen is in the mines and spawns on the far side of room from where you enter the Bixie area. Also drops a robe and zweihander (dagger sized) if I remember correctly.
