can someone please tell me where in WBL he is?


i have done three or four circles around the outside and a few times down the middle... hitting track... both day and night... and i cannot find him.

I found this entry in the wiki. Doesnt provide an exact location, but hopefully it will help.

He is in the Eastern Part of the zone where the trail forms an enclosed loop. Hope that's enough info . . .
