Faentharc war

GMs or devs, whoever...please clear the war out of Faentharc Woods. It's been overrun by war for like a week or longer now and it's getting ridiculous. Many people have been complaining in /ooc about this issue; they have certain mobs they need to kill for a quest in there, or they need to go there for the MQ/faction quest...but they can't while it's still occupied. No one is going to clear it out now with the release of Ikisith (otherwise it would have already been done). It's more of a hindrance than anything else. Don't get me wrong, war is fun, but seriously...with a full spawn, it'd take a full raid (possibly more) to wipe it out; or 1-2 groups of high tier people. But as I previously said, no one is interested in clearing it out...and there simply isn't enough people who ARE interested. I know I'm just 1 person asking this, but believe me there are many others. You could even take a poll in-game to see if everyone would be fine about you guys "freeing" Faentharc. I'm sure the only people who'd say no are the ones who go in there to farm named for loot, only to see them repop the next day so they can farm them again.
 
I too would like to see Faentharc woods freed.. im sure its not the GM's problems but maybe a guild could take some time and clear it out.
 
Well, in stead of teaming up to cry about it you guys could team up and do something about it?

If there is really that many people around that need the zone for various means, then just form up a raid and start liberating it! Mobs are not that hard there...
 
I think the point is, there are a lot of people who are not high enough level to free the zone. 2 raids of level 45s is not going to liberate it.
 
If anything if a war zone is not taken back after a few days it should start taking over adjacent zones again.
 
Lots of QQ here. Faentharc WILL be retaken in time, it always has, always will be. This is not the first time that a zone has been occupied for an extended period of time, and it won't be the last.

It is an inconvenience, I agree, I too have things I am waiting to do in Faentharc. Bear in mind, however, that at present it is not an inconvenience to most of the higher level chars that would be retaking it, and they are distracted with new content, Ikisith.

This issue is NOT a problem that the Admins, Devs, or GMs need to address directly though, rather it is people in the 55-65 range who need to address this issue. On that note, I have a 65 rogue who would love to get a piece of war action.

i remember when starfall was taken over for like a week when i was in my low 30's and needed to turn in those quests, it was major QQ
 
I think the biggest problem is that the people who need fae are too low
higher levels don't have much of a need of the zone, so they don't really see it as a high priority.
I'll ask my guild/friends to help clear it on monday
