I am a little confused why bard isn't on this item. Bards are have very few usable items from fae mobs in general including 0 total items they can use off Oracle. While this wouldn't change the Oracle part of it I think in general it could provide them a nice option for the neck slot. I currently am having a darn hard time finding a poison focus, and in general this would really be a nice upgrade over current items available on tier. Thanks for your consideration.

Also in regards to what you mentioned about options, I think the only one that is decent is from taus if memory serves. Could be a nice placeholder till you get some answer on this assuming you have less than equal boots.
 
Bards dont have alot of good necks around that tier anyways. ID from essence T10 , Chocker of PE in yclist but like 1 bard ever has it (hi regasin), Gorget of wowen wind Thaz air boss t10, so adding bard to faefang necklace would be nice.
