Class: CLR PAL RNG SHD DRU SHM NEC WIZ MAG ENC BST

just curious why bards are excluded from these, all wis and all int casters can use them, and practically every hybrid can use them.. but no bards

it's all war loot. they each have a level 4 foci on them. the only one that would be decent for a bard is the damage increment one

I agree with the OP, these items would suit bards well and it almost seems like a typo / oversight / mistake that they were excluded.
