Expansion cd's...

hi there. i am an old school eq player who quit a while back, right in the middle of velious and i am interested in joining winter's roars community. however, since i am in school, money is always not anywhere to be seen so i am wondering if there is a way i can download or get expansions from luclin and beyond. in either case, even if i played on WR with just kunark/velious, would i be missing out on that much content? thanks in advance, hope to see you guys in the game soon!

Kunark and Velious, as of right now, are the base minimums.

Having Luclin would be helpful (Find a friend with the files.)

PoP is all high end stuff now, but assuming you get there, that'd be wanted as well.
 
Yup, just what Wiz said, when you do the patcher just goto advanced and click what you want to download. If yer on 56k it may take a while but it's free :)
 
thanks alot for the reponses guys! i'll go ahead and install it now and begin patcing....

btw, i got 2 quick questions too. Is the meele damage table and stuff like that fixed? i played on guildwars a year or so ago and it wasn't then so i was wondering if eqemu solved the mystery behind the damage equations for meeles.... and also whats the average number on WR online at the same time? thanks again

We usually have anywhere from 20 (minimum) to 90ish (maximum) playing.
