Hi there, there are specific areas for PvP called Arenas, but it's not pervasive like it is on other games like faction wars on WoW or Shaiya. I played EQ before they came out with much in the way of PvP, so I'm not sure what features regarding that they've added to live...

This is a great place with kind and helpful people, the occasional neighborhood troll and grumpy pants, but far less of those than on other game I've played. I think you'll like it here if you give it a chance.
