Everquest for a macintosh

I was wondering if the macintosh version is available for download somewhere, just like the original everquest (I have the original everquest + expansions for the pc though). But the macintosh version is 49,99 euro's that sounds a bit much for me ;)
 
I don't think it will work.

The only way I can think of you being able to run a compatible Eq, would be to download the transgaming sourcecode and try to get it to compile on your mac. I'm sure someone, somewhere has done this, you just need to figure out how..
 
It doesn't matter from what I read the macintosh version isn't the same as the windows version (in a better way though since none of the newest expensions are there) so it won't be compatible I guess. Think I'll just keep my pc then, altough I only use it for gaming anyways ;).
