For all one who have the same problem as me, it took me hours to find the simple reason for this problems.
I extract the SoD Luncher to my EQ folder, patched it and it works very good. Two days later it nerved me to search every time the luncher.exe when i wanted to play, so i made a copy of the complete luncher-pack on my desktop. After the patch on the 19th April I got the mouse problem with the EULA screen.
I was able to pass the EULA screen when I disabled EQW in the sod.exe but then EQ showed me the wrong serverlist. After a long searching in the forum I was hopeless.
The simple reason was that after the patch the complete sod-luncher-pack in the EQ folder wasnt up to date. My fault was that I updated the sod.exe on my desktop but in my EQ folder it wasnt up to date.
For all one who have the same problem, make sure that your sod.exe is in your EQ folder and that you only use this one.
Note: Dont forget to repatch the sod-luncher after a live patch.
That was my solution to fix that problem, I hope it might help you to fix it.
