Ethereal Cleansing

Ethereal Cleansing is a level 64 paladin spell. It was at one time one of the best reaons to have a paladin on a raid as it was an AOE HoT. It no longer is an AoE but instead a group HoT. I would like to request a lower mana cost or an increase in the healing of this spell to 350-400 per tick instead of 250 as the spell parser says.
