Eternal Well?

I can log into my account and connect to the server, however when I get to the character selection screen with any account I use, I only see a level 0 warrior with no option to select any other characters.

Any ideas?

I searched for "eternal well" and nothing helpful came up.

Repatching all might do the trick. Click advanced, then repatch all, then patch.

If that doesn't work, contact a gm and have him/her look at the account.
