Essence of Cheetah Potion (SOW potion)- timer wrong?

So iwas selling sow potions and i never used them to full extent, when i amde them i did test the potion and it worked like SOW even said spirit of wolf enters you. but timer is liek totally off, one of my customers of 10 dose sow told me it was low timer so itested it

potion = 15mins
spell = 36mins
anyway to change the timer on the potion to make it more useful and more wanted? no one wants to buy potion when it doesnt last long, maybe a 30 min duration or 25? i dont know if its intentional to be 15mins but it seems very short
