Well one of the hotspots for picking locks at low levels is now sol.

Mr Coma (The npc who is having nightmares , is asleep or what not) is a total snitch despite his alleged incapacitations.

If you dont know what i mean , he calls for the guards when you pick any lock thats not the one to the masked rogue.

He's not in a coma, he's having a nightmare. And he's definitely alert enough to talk and answer questions. I don't know why he would be calling for the guards though since he's a criminal in jail; doesn't seem like he should want to help them any.
