Hey folks,
So already wrote a bug report but while they are fixing teleporters I would suggest avoiding this zone. It's very problematic travelling inside the city.
 
Ditto with starting in Kelethin. The lifts aren't working. So do what you need to do there (visit your trainer, etc.), then try to be super careful jumping from the lowest lift and you can live, or see if someone is around to move you to a friendlier location.
 
I put a translocator at the bottom of the lift in Kelethin but forgot about the lifts not working so I'll put one up at the top as well. I also placed one in GSM at the docks in case the boats stop working again.

I also placed a translocator in Erudin/Erimal.

I will add to the seas as soon as I get a chance but there are none there right now.

**Edit: I didn't see Jumbers' post until after I made this one so.. nvm about the kelethin translocator up top. There is still one at the bottom though.
