Error when trying to launch game

Hello,

When I try to launch the game with the patcher I get error "The procedure entry point_AIL_Open_XMIDI_DRIVER@4 could not be located in the dyanmic link library mss32.dll" then the game proceeds to crash.... Not sure what to do here. I actually got the game to launch once but cannot figure out how. Please help

Figured out that this error only occurs when I try to launch and check the EQW option. I can log on with this option off but I'm finding it difficult to format it correctly on my pc
