Error: string not found (8562) and other strangeness

Whenever I type /cm listview, I get the Error: string not found (8562) as the response (instead of sellers). /cm listsold works fine, provided I have their name to start with. Almost, a lot of spell effects on items are listed as "unknown spell" instead of what they should be properly. I have done a full repatch using the SoD patcher and I have also tried downloading the manual patch download. Is there some way to fix this without having to reinstall?

I did a repatch all twice when I got this, first time didn't fix it. I'd try to repatch all (under advanced on Patcher, not just doing the patcher shortcut), don't log in, hit decline, then repatch all again. Fixed me.
