Error: String 303

Since My other thread was closed, Ill post with an update..
I tried installing from my previous disks.. (did not work)
Tried Installing from a purchased version of titanium (did not work)
manual patched (did not work)
My SOD patcher (The one with the cream colored background) Just sits at "getting patch list"
I did uninstall all my old frameworks and reinstalled the one linked..( did not work)
I patched up with the ****live patcher and then ran SODpatcher (did not work)
I patched up with the ****live patcher and then Placed the most up to date manual patch and placed it in (did not work)
Deleted the EQSTR_EN and EQSTR_US files (Did not work)

However I do not have the file named "files.txt" that some people spoke of deleting.

So I am not sure what else to do.

Your missing strings are in there. So deleting them wasnt a good idea. You need those. Historically 303 error means someone has less than the required expansions, as your other thread stated, and, as a search would have told you. So between then and now, you have purchased and installed titanium?
 
yeah I purchased and install Titanium edition. and I deleted those two files only because I saw in other error 303 threads that people would delete them and then have to patch them back in.
