I'm sorry if this has been addressed before, but I've searched and searched and found nothing that works.
Everytime I try to run the game from the SOD patcher, it says "Error opening packed file system" with asian characters in parentheses. The game boots and runs from ****'s patcher. I've reinstalled both the game and the patcher several times to no avail. When I've freshly installed the patcher, it will run the game as long as I've not patched (but to ****'s server). I use Windows Vista. I'm using EQ Evolution, but it works fine on the computers that I use Windows XP on. I've tried running as administrator and setting compatibility to winxpsp2. I'm not sure what other information would be needed. Thank you in advance =]
