Error opening packed file system

So after I've patched and the EQ window is in the process of opening, an error message comes up.

It says: Error opening packed file system (eqfeart4.pak)!

It's an Error! window and gives me the option of pressing the OK button. I press that and then it closes the EQ window (that never completely opened).

Any ideas how I can solve this?

Earlier while I was trying to patch/play I got the BSoD. Then some checkdisk found some stuff that wasn't openable (something along those lines).

I assume EQ is messed up, but I'd rather not completely reinstall.

Did a quick search after posting this.

It seems I need to reinstall EQ to fix this. I don't have the CDs on hand so I'm going to leave this up in case there's something else that I can do to fix it.
