EQW virus?

Hey guys. Just wondering about something. Upon instillation of SoD through the patcher, I got this eqw folder. Inside there is a file (eqw.exe) that my virus protection always finds as malicious software. I'm running AVG 9.0 if you're wondering. Is this file malicious or not?

Interesting never thought about it until now EQW is a condom over top SoD.
