Mine does, but it's been far too long for me to remember what steps need to be taken to make sure it happens. Might try the update (or something like refresh) command that's in the eqw.ini. Otherwise, make your changes, log out and back in. Should take effect. Also make sure you have the same command in both eqw.ini's if you're using separate folders.
