EQW Help (this is different, promise)

I know it's been asked before, but none of the answers are helping me. I was playing yesterday no problem, now it won't work. Everytime I run the patcher and start eqw, I get the EQW.DLL cannot load message and it closes itself. Eqwindows is in it's own folder, the file EQW.DLL is still there, and I made sure it's opening the right eqgame.exe file. what do I do?

also, before I get the eqw.dll message I get this: THE APPLICATION FAILED TO INITIALIZE PROPERLY (0xc00000005). Click on OK to terminate the application.
 
Make sure play on test server or run patch program isnt accidentally checked on the EQW screen.
