eqw crashing at server select page

hello! i'm not very computer savvy so please bear with me. i have played for weeks with no problems on my acct. until last night. i loaded up the patcher, patched and ran, and logged into my acct. with no issues. the server select page gives you the two options, the locked development server or the correct server, and i click to play. at that point it takes my cursor out of eqw and eqw freezes. i get no error message, but after a few minutes it just closes itself out with no explanation. i read another thread where someone was on that person's acct., but i have checked with anyone that may use my acct. and they are not online. i have also changed my password incase someone i do not know is on my acct. my last successful login was done from a different computer last night... i can no longer get my acct. to load on my computer. i -can- access other accts. on my computer.

i'm using a laptop with windows vista, and do not know how to access the dbg file. if you'd like to help me access it i'd be more than happy to post it. sorry i don't have a lot of computer lingo to offer, but i'd really appreciate the help!

**i petitioned on on of the other accts. i could access and was told there's nothing wrong with the acct. they requested i delete the .txt files and repatch all. i tried that, still not able to log into my account only.

Its no neccessarily that they are online, it happens when they are the the character select screen.

My guess is someone who has access to your account left it at the char. select screen and went to do something else. Happens to me quite often when I try to load some buff bots.
